Rugiada is the dew that covers the fields when the temperature changes between the earth and the air and glimmers in the early morning light on blades of grain. Farmers believe that la rugiada has magical properties that bring the crops to life. Acetaia Maria Luigia’s Juniper Balsamic Vinegar is the protagonist of this cocktail with its woody and incense notes. Mixed with London Dry Gin and Vermouth, Rugiada has an earthy and herbaceous flavor. Best served on ice with a slice of orange.
