In Acetaia Maria Luigia tempo e spazio è come se si deformassero, all'interno di botti secolari dove è contenuto l'Aceto Balsamico di Modena, un ritratto vivente del nostro territorio.
Essi sembrano addirittura rarefarsi, sotto il delicato effetto moiré di "Eye See You" (2006) di Ólafur Elíasson: un occhio che guarda verso l'esterno ed emette una luce intensa, riflettendo al tempo stesso il movimento dello spettatore.

In Acetaia Maria Luigia, time and space seem to warp, inside the centuries-old barrels that contain Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, a living portrait of our territory. They even seem to rarefy, under the delicate moiré effect of Ólafur Elíasson's "Eye See You" (2006): an eye that looks outwards and emits an intense light, at the same time reflecting the viewer's movement.
