MO-TO

MO-TO is a reinterpretation of the classic Milano-Torino cocktail. MO-TO is a Modenese take on a timeless cocktail, with the addition of an equally iconic ingredient for us: balsamic vinegar. To the traditional base of Vermouth and Bitter Campari, we add a shrub of Artigianale Balsamic Vinegar and Dark Cherry Villa Manodori.
Is pronounced like motorcycle in Italian, MOTO. So let’s go back to Massimo’s cherished concept of Slow Food and Fast Car.
For the smaller version, we recycled old glass vinegar bottles to try to have sustainable and circular production.
